Well that’s a wrap!
This summer was so chilly you could have wrapped yourself up every night! But we still had fun – picnics, camping trips, BBQs, marshmallow roasting….. Now it is time to get back into a routine – usually parents are more than ready for this, kids less so.
While you are preparing your kids for school – new backpack, clothes, shoes etc. don’t forget about their smile. Smiles are the first thing you notice when meeting someone. A healthy, bright smile can boost your child’s confidence. Book a back to school dental checkup ASAP!
Oral health tips:
Cleanings should be done at a minimum every 6 months – to make sure you leave room in your schedule we suggest you book your next visit before leaving the office.
Brushing and flossing should be done twice a day – morning and night. Give yourself those few extra minutes in your rush out the door.
Plan a healthy balanced lunch ahead of time. This will avoid the last minute scramble which usually results in unhealthy choices.
With the hockey season quickly approaching – GO LEAFS GO! – Make sure your future NHLer has a well fitted mouth guard to protect their chiclets.
